Sexual assault is terrifying and traumatic. It is difficult enough to process—knowing what to do next is also a struggle. If you’ve experience sexual assault, know that you should trust your instincts and do what makes you feel safe and secure. If you know someone who has experienced sexual assault, tell them you believe them, help connect them with the resources below and offer to accompany and support them.
